The Modular Counter is very easy to install and can adapt to any store format. It is available in Hot, Cold and Ambient models and different length options that can be combined in a single line-up. Choose a traditional full-serve model, or go for self-serve and beat large lunch or dinner crowds. Easy operator access is facilitated by the space-saving, ergonomic design on the operator side.
Thanks to its patented holding technology, the Modular Counter ensures food safety, extends shelf life and cuts waste. The Hot model keeps your products warm at 65 °C thanks to a hot airflow that circulates on each shelf. Your cold products stay cold thanks to a cold airflow per shelf that stays within the counter.
