The Artezen bread line is developed for retail as well as industrial bakeries, suitable to produce a wide assortment of quality breads. Its modular construction – easy to alter or expand – fits your requirements and remains flexible to respond to new consumer appetites.

The retail makeup line is available with or without a conical rounder and intermediate prover. In the case of the latter, the divider comes equipped with a pre-rounder and there is a resting belt between rounding and moulding, connected to the ceiling for a setup with minimal space requirements. The maximum output is 1.300 baguettes or breads per hour.

The industrial makeup line can be equipped with an automatic tray loading device for tin bread. The maximum output is 2.800 breads or baguettes per hour.
